Not at this stage. We're currently not registered as a VAT vendor. If and when this changes, we’ll update our tax invoicing and notify customers.

We currently ship across South Africa. We’re working on expanding our delivery network.

Orders are processed within 3 business days. Delivery typically takes 1-4 business days depending on stock location and courier schedules, totaling approximately 4-7 business days.
8. Do you offer express or overnight shipping?
In most cases, express shipping is not available due to the distributed nature of our fulfillment process. We prioritize fast-tracked local shipments whenever possible.
9. How much does shipping cost?
At NovaTech Store, we keep things simple with flat-rate shipping of R150 on all orders, no matter where you are in South Africa. Whether you’re in a major city or a smaller town, the delivery fee stays the same. Refer to our Shipping Policy.

10. How do I track my order?
Once your order has been processed, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS. You can also log into your account to view order updates.
11. Can I cancel or change my order after it’s placed?
We process orders quickly. If you need to cancel or make a change, contact us immediately. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to assist.
12. What if I receive the wrong item or something arrives damaged?
