Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3 business days after payment confirmation. Payments usually clear within 24 hours, but in some cases may take up to 3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Please note:
- Orders will only be processed once funds have cleared in NovaTech Store's bank account.
- Delays may occur if your payment takes longer to reflect.
Delivery Timeframes
After your order has been processed, delivery typically takes 1–4 business days depending on your location. Including processing time, the total estimated delivery time is 4–7 business days. Delivery times may vary slightly due to courier schedules, regional differences, or unforeseen delays.
Shipping Rates
NovaTech Store applies a flat-rate shipping fee of R150 (one hundred and fifty rand) on all orders delivered within the Republic of South Africa. This fee is standard and applies uniformly, regardless of the size, weight, or destination of the order.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with your tracking details. This will allow you to monitor the delivery status in real-time.

NovaTech Store partners with reputable local couriers to ensure safe and timely delivery. We reserve the right to select the most efficient courier for your area.
Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues
Please ensure that all shipping details are entered correctly at checkout. NovaTech Store is not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect shipping information.
If your parcel is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts or incorrect details, we may charge a re-shipping fee.
